Since 2010 Alex had been doing mobile slaughter for many local farmers. He then built his own processing shop that opened in 2019, which is the building we work out of now, cutting 18 to 20 beef per week with a crew of 7 people. We have recently sold the mobile slaughter side of things to focus more on wholesaling and making sausage, as that is what Alex has grown very passionate about after purchasing his smokehouse and learning in- depth sausage making skills.
Alex's personal favorites are the honey pork jerky and teriyaki beef sticks- give them a try for yourself and have them shipped to your door!
